camera on car holder - screen looks like wafer

i normally place my phone on my (universal) car holder when driving
first thing i noticed when i open the camera - the screen looks like its shaking like a wafer
is this normal?
if it is, kinda suck since i can't take quick pic/video while in the car
i know the phone vibrates due to car running, but this is disappointing!!!
this is not the case when i try taking vid while walking and running

my galaxy s6 does not have this problem with the same holder

The S6 has OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) - that eliminates a lot of "shake" problems. The P10 doesn't have it. There are shakeproof holders - but good ones cost about as much as the phone.

Also, in the picture you posted, the phone focused on the car's dashboard. Tap the screen on what you want it to focus on first (unless you take pictures of your dashboard).

(I don't get the "wafer" comment, though.)
