Ok when you take a pic it goes to a file called Camera shots. How do you get it to save on you SD card?

Open the camera app

Hit menu

click on the gears icon

click on Storage and change it from Phone storage to Storage Card

How do u move pictures into different folders?

That good sir is where the app Astro comes in. It allows full access to your SD card so you can make new folders, move files, etc. It is, however, limited when trying to modify anything on the internal storage.

If you want to tinker with the internal phone storage, you will have to mount it as a drive when you connect the phone to your computer.

Cheers! :)

Not true at all, you can indeed get to it! When you open Astro File Manager hit the up button. Once there click on the "emmc" folder and that is your internal phone storage. Then do as you need. Astro just defaults to your SD card on 2.1 for ease of use. In the 2.2 ROM I'm using (not sure if the offical will do this) but Astro shows the root of the phone showing Emmc, SD Card, Secure, and Asec folders by default.

So with out that app u can't move pics to different folders? Also how do u save a pic from a MMS ?

You have to have a file manager to move files around, AFAIK android has no built in mechanism for that. So yes you will need an app like Astro etc. MMS long press the picture and select save.

How do I transfer pics

How would I go about switching pictures from internal phone memory to sd card using astro on incredible? thanks a lot
