Camera problem?

Hi! Got my Dual Sim (Korean) "version" a few days ago.. but the camera (kinda) disappoints me. The pictures are extremely noisy. For example, I tried one scenario: I was in a car at about 5-10m (MAX) from a traffic sign - I took a pic with the "normal" camera and the text on it can be hardly read; I took another one with the wide angle one and I couldn't even notice that there was test; I took another one with the "normal" camera but fully zoomed in.. this time, I could read the text fine. Is it normal? I heard that the camera isn't the best, but coming from an LG G4 I was expecting better..

Can you try side loading the Google HDR+ Camera app and see if that helps?

I will try to get tomorrow pics with both "basic" camera app and Google Camera and upload them here.
