I've looked through posts and can't find anything. Seeing I have the Sprint version, I.thought I would post in in this section. I'm afraid to hear the answer on this.![]()
I honestly don't know if it exists as a mode selection ... I have the S4 and not the Note 3, but I imagine the cameras are pretty similar.
Have you tried just using it with the "auto" setting? I have found that I can take very good closeup pics with just the standard mode on mine. I sometimes have to back the phone out to get in focus, then slowly move back towards my subject, but the pictures are very high in detail and focus even when taking pictures of objects only an inch away.

So. There is no macro shot function on my £500 note 4 yet a £30 nokia n93 has. This don't compute.
