Camera says 0.3mp for both rear and front camera??

you know how when you open up the camera app its supposed to say 5.0MP for the back camera? whenever i open it up it says 0.3 for the back facing camera. anyone know what the problem is??

I think you are little confused the rare camera is 5.0MP but the FFC is VGA(640x480) which is 0.3MP just switch between it or maybe you are talking about the quality? in that case go in option as you can pick format and reduce the quality.

ok i think i fixed it. i just had to switch the resolution of the back facing camera to 5 megapixels. it was set at 0.3 megapixels for some reason.

They have it as sometime you can't use high quality for example lets say you want to send the video via MMS in that case smaller file size is better.

I think the default is set to low-res. I remember setting it to 5MP, then again after a factory reset.

I cant even get the front camera to work all I get is a green box when a picture is taken, anyone know of a fix? I just got my epic 4 days ago is it going to have to be replaced?
