camera setting closes immediately after open

Anyone else having problems with camera settings closing right after it opens? I've tried clearing data/cache. rather annoying since I can't change and of the image and video settings.

I had the same problem, I cured this simply in the end by turning off development options. No more menus not opening and phone is more responsive
