Camera shortcut on home scree

I recently updated my phone, and now I can't put the shortcuts widget on the home screen. This is the options I'm given. The camera shortcut option is disabled...

Look through the settings and see if by chance you disabled lock screen widgets. I'm guessing this might be the cause of the problem.

You need to back out a page and select 'multiple widgets'. If you cannot select multiple widgets then you have security enabled on your lockscreen other than just swipe.
