camera shutter sound missing after vz update

strange... camera shutter sound missing after vz update. The phone isn't rooted. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Under settings make sure it's checked. Mine works.

It is checked. tried a reboot and all sounds are on. still no shutter sound... weird

There was an OTA update a few days ago for the RAZR.

toggled the setting off and on two times when camera is on.... working fine now
