Camera? Skype?

I have been exploring the idea of using Skype, but I have a question that no one can answer...

If you look at the DroidX at the top of the phone, next to the earpiece there are two spots, one being the notification LED. Could the other be a camera?

You know the new iPhone you can chat with video...is the DroidX set up for this or am I completely way off.

Just wondering.

Nah it isn't. Just proximity sensors and light sensors. Sorry to disappoint

i think you can only video chat over wifi and the quality is crappy..
I think many future 4g type phones will sport that capability and i'd like to see a phone similar to the DX with that feature.

You need a computer to link up with, but it works great. I even tried it over 3G. Framerate is weak, but it allowed me to do some badass stuff. Such as open an MSN Messenger video chat with my fiance, told her I was driving over to see her, and took my phone with me holding it up while I drove. She saw a live feed of me driving all the way to her house. Was pretty freaking cool.
