Anyone still having that issue? I updated to 4.3 and I have done 3 resets and still nothing. I called HTC for a replacement but the lady told me that my issue wasn't big enough for a replacement...

I read on Drippler, that they know about this and they are working on a new update for the camera.

Sent from my HTC One using AC Forums mobile app

I still have this issue. If you set iso from auto to 100 it gets rid of the red purple hue in the camera. Honestly if you have flash on then when I take pictures I don't notice the purple, but without the flash yeah its bad.

I called AT&T because this purple tint issue is serious enough that it will not allow for my mobile checking app to work. Every time I try to take a picture of the check it goes from in focus to blurry. AT&T is honoring the warranty; however, they are sending me a used phone and my phone is less than 2 months old but more than 30 days old. I told them I didn't want a used phone and I would just use my insurance then since I am paying $7 month for the insurance but the customer service rep told me that even with the insurance I would get a used phone. I mentioned to the rep that I did a Google search and this problem is wide spread but that doesn't seem to matter. I did receive the used phone and it doesn't have the purple tint anymore so you may try that. It only took 4 days for the entire process.

Yeah I just ended up contacting HTC directly and sending my phone in for repairs. Took about a week but now my phone is a ton better. Not only did they fix my camera but my top speaker was fixed (it kinda blew out a little after my camera issue) and they reflashed 4.3 instead of just a master reset so now it feels more fluid. My update I did OTA must of came in bad because before it felt a little sluggish at times.

Anyways I'd advise others to just send there device in and it'll be a lot better especially if you don't want a refurbish device.
