Camera taking photos in jpeg format instead of png
I recently picked up a Samsung Galaxy S5. Normally i dont like to spend more than $100 on phones, but i picked it up super cheap ($180). The main reason i decided to make such a large purchase is due to the 16mb camera. Now, ive got a DLSR, but its big and bulky, and i like the idea of just pulling out my phone and taking 4k images. I went out today to test the camera and i must say, its amazing. Way better than i expected. The only issue is that when i moved them to my pc, they where jpeg. Due to that they had alot of quality lose and file compression making them not look very good at all. So after ive told my life story, i would like to know.... Can i change the file format of the images as they are taken to png. I could just rename the jpeg files to png, but they have already been compressed as the photo was taken.
