camera upside , please help

After the new update my note3 had not taken pictures right. Plus the rotation doesn't work either. I have asked tmobile, samsung, a local shop. No one seems to know anything to help. I have done a few hard resets still same issue.
I have screen shot but can not find how to add it to this post.

Have you gone to Settings > All > Camera > Force Stop + Clear Cache + Clear Data

If that doesn't work, go back in and disable the app, reboot then enable the app...
