Cameras won't save

I got 2 OTA froyo updates -- one before I went on vacation in August and one in early September. Since the September update, I can't use the camera on my Droid. It makes the click sound as if it's taking a picture, but the file in the gallery is corrupt. I loaded SnapPhoto as an alternate camera and it has the same issue.

Anyone have any suggestions other than reformatting the sd card?
