Can an S4 charging port be replaced with a charging port of a other phone?

can a s4 charging port be replaced with a charging port of a other phone?

my s4 stopped charging and when u plug it in all u get is the lightening bolt then it goes off completely leave it for a bit and nothing happens. so am wondering what the problem could be.
