Hello, I'm wondering if I can get support from anybody on this rather strange ringtone problem I'm having, before I get into it please note that this just started happening suddenly as I've never encountered this issue before. My ringtone was working right up until a few weeks ago before this occurred plus its been the same ever since then and I've tried the common troubleshooting solutions except factory resetting I'm saving for a last resort if there is no solution everything is backed up so no need to worry there. My phone is also currently set on the normal ringtone mode so vibration or DND is certainly not getting in the way of anything. So what's happening is the same ringtone I've been using for years to receive calls with up until a few weeks prior started sounding off on it's own this complete different odd ringtone that I never even heard before every time with every call I get from somebody now, it's this DUNG DUNG DUNG ringtone that doesn't even exist in any of the ringtones in the settings of my phone, and I can't figure out for the life of me how to fix it. The ringtone I had already set is STILL set, but just won't work anymore. I tried switching over to other ringtones in the settings to experiment and having my close one test call me several different times but that experiment failed with each try with that same old DUNG ringtone being the one to sound off, not even changing ringtones around helps.

Do you have any 3rd party apk that uses ringtone sound?

Put this file in Ringtone or Music folder on your phone and try to set it as default under "ringtone" settings.... it's the "Oneplus tune" ringtone you want... //cloud.tapatalk.com/s/634bbe57705ad/OnePlus Original Tune.mp3
