Can anyone advise me on the best upgrade for me?

I have th S8 and would like to upgrade.

I'm interested in a newer Samsung with a better camera. My budget is around £300.

I've looked at the S20 FE and the M31 but I don't know if there are better options.

Ideally something that has good focus up close, good clarity and is good in low light. I primarily take photos of pets and artwork if that helps.

So far my S8 has been good but sometimes struggles with the details on smaller pieces.

Any help would be appreciated because I don't have a clue.
