Can anyone confirm a TPU case with the US HTC One (M8)?

Phil just put up an unboxing for the UK version. His came with a tpu case. Can anyone who has got the US version already confirm a tpu case or no case?

No case comes with it only the store models come with it . Rep tried to order me one and it wasn't available to him yet.

I just watched an unboxing of the Verizon variant and it does not. I'm wondering if the Dev Edition does seeing as it's the one I'm ordering.

No case with any of the N. American carrier versions.
