Can anyone get Motoprint to work?

All I get is postscript error pages printed. I've only tried to print emails from my work account so far, but it's just been one big pile of fail.

I use PrinterShare. It works fine.

My printer isn't supported so I also use printershare

Niether of my 2 printers work or home are supported. Kodak and Brother. Not that great a feature. Motocast does not work well at all either. It seems Motorola needs better minds designing there apps!

Works here, through my laptop onto the printer, rocking feature!!

From what I can tell it's a problem with printing emails. Seems Motoprint can't do that for whatever reason.

I have all of the right pieces in place, but i cannot get past the logon part. I do not use a logon for my laptop. I tried the computer name with no password. Any suggestions?
