HTC ONE m8 -- Group MMS chat problem
I have an HTC One M8 on AT&T and ever since i got it, one out of every 100 group mms grabs the wrong thread and sends my replies to a group mms that includes those people, but also has about 3 or 4 more ppl in it.
I thought it was an issue with GO SMS pro... but i disabled it and defaulted it on the stock MESSAGES.. and it still does it. And yes.. i am 100% certain i reply to the right thread. Like i get a mms from a thread that has 3 ppl... i click the thread, type my txt, hit send.. and it goes to the wrong thread!!! Makes me think it is a android problem or HTC problem? i've never had this issue with my old iphone. I've had this phone 2 months... and it has happened about 7-10 times. i send a mms thinking i replied to a chat... some processes happen.. and it ends up sending the MMS to a bunch of other ppl that were on a completely different thread. and i get a "why did you send me this" txt back. i've gone to settings and updated MMS chat settings... rebooted.. soft reboot.. and all that other junk, and it still does it.
I also get a lot of "Downloading MMS" in the stock messages.. and a few of them end up erroring out. not sure what the problem is, but it is an annoying issue and making me look at the iphone 6 long and hard. i can live with the problems with imessage not sending at all... but not with HTC one sending mms to ppl i didnt intend to send txts to. any ideas?
