Are there any Android developers here that can make this type of Android App?

multifl0w - an iPhone multitasking interface

This would be nice for Android I would be willing to beta test and to purchase it if anyone makes.

There's an app called Visual Task Switcher. It's a bit flawed right now, but with a few updates it has the potential to be exactly like multifl0w.

VIsual task switcher was terrible, right now. Definitely has potential though. I want an expose type switcher though!

I really like this concept. The card view is one of my favorite things about the Palm Pre. I'd love to see an app like this, or a significant update to Visual Task Switcher.

Just downloaded Visual Task Switcher and it works great on the Evo. If you are running CM6, you can set this app to work on long press home button
