Can anyone suggest a good car charger

I'm looking for a single unit device.
I don't want a port and cable.

I found these 2 so far and I never heard of either one :

I would probably get a quick charge 3.0 charger with a usb-a port. I ordered a usb-c charger for my htc 10 but from what I'm reading is that lg and htc didn't follow the usb-c standard and been some issues with overheating with using a usb-c to usb-c plug. I may be wrong on this so hopefully someone else chimes in

From the listing it shows only Quick Charge 2.0, I don't see anything about QC 3.0. Can you confirm it has QC 3.0?

I could be on crack, pretty sure it said 3.0 for the USB type C, i don't have the package any longer though.
