Can Asia version of Note8 be changed to USA?

I bought a Note8 from an importer from Hong Kong. The phone works great on my AT&T account but many of the features are stil set to the Asia format. can the phone be configured to the USA format and features. Especially notice with Samsung ay, Bxby, etc
