Can I activate 4G on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Octa Core Processor model? (SM-N9000)

It's been a year since I'm using this Note 3. Now as I wanted to upgrade the network to 4G, it happened that my phone is octa core processor model and 4G is not available for my model. Is it possible to activate 4G on my phone through any other process? Or any hardware itself is missing from the phone so that I can't help but exchange the phone?
