Can I add pics to the facebook app on my HTC One M8?

In the iOS version of the facebook app there is a camera icon next to the comment input area that allows you to add pics to threads etc. Is it possible to do this using the facebook app for the HTC One M8? This is the only shortcoming I have so far switching from iOS to Droid

Yes. I have the same camera icon in the comment area. I just compared the app on both my M8 and my iPad and they look and work the same, to me.
