can I adjust Android media equalizer?

Hi. Is there anyway I can adjust the equalizer settings on my Droid Ultra? I see you can pick profiles, but can I manually do it myself? It might fix my volume being too loud in the lowest volume setting. Thanks.

Have you tried turning the audio effects off altogether?

Hi. I did. Volume still too loud on lowest setting. There are no more increments to get more of a precise volume without going to mute. I went to Verizon and I had a guy help me. He wasn't top sure but told me to come back with my headphones for him to try it out. I use Sol Republic. I know it isn't my headphones. I tried other ones. Just odd is all.
