Can I change Galaxy Note4 Rom from SM-N910T to SM-N910F ?

Hi , recently i Got Galaxy Note4 from USA , ROM istalled is SM-N910T which is TMobile , Can i download SM-N910F and flash it on Phone ?

Welcome to the forum. It is my understanding that the ROM is specific to the phone and model, so I would have to say no. Will ask that your thread is moved to the Note 4 forum for more visibility.
