Can i change tye navigation bar?

I want to have something like the touchwiz ux where you can have little windows over the page like a calculator 'n stuff. So anyone know a way to get it?

Do you have a sample screenshot showing this setup?

I would think you could achieve this with a widget or launcher or a combination of both.
