As long as the Gear S2 is not connected for audio, yes. Bluetooth allows for multiple connected devices as long as they aren't going to compete for the same connection style/type.

I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend and a Huawei Watch, both connected all day during the week but the watch is not connected to the audio profile.
