Can I connect to Wi-Fi without an active SIM card

Was connected to Wi-Fi until trying to fix other problem in routers administrative settings. Now cannot connect to Wi-Fi message given is mobile data sim card problem. Had same situation when it was connected. Can't get back into router page password problem now can I connect to the internet without a active mobile data plan

Hi - yes you can connect to the WiFi without even having a sim in the phone, both are separate connections.
