Can i disable a pop up menu?

Is it possible to disable the menu that asks if the call you want to make is a mobile call or internet call? The reason i ask is that when i have my phone connected to my cars bluetooth i can receive calls but not make them as when i select a number to dial (using the cars controls) and then press ring the phone displays this menu but as its in my pocket and i cannot select mobile call it times out and wont dial. I want to make it always make a mobile call as i dont have a sip account.

i think you accidentally enabled something.

open phone app-->menu[3 dots on bottom right]-->settings-->use internet calling-->select "Only for internet calls"

you might have select "Ask for each call"

Yeh, that was the problem, sorted now. Thanks very much. I was looking in the main settings menu for call setting GS and never saw the 3 dots thing.
