Can I do better than this tablet?

I'm looking at this Asus Zenpad Z170CG here on Amazon France (sorry, can't post links) because for the price, being a really basic Android tablet for online searching, the odd video, and for having on the go capabilities with the SIM slots and expandable storage, it seems to do the basic things I'll need. Also, I teach kids English and a really portable tablet for watching videos from microSD cards is really practical.
Is there another cheap tablet like this with 3G I should be considering? I'd love it to be Windows because everything else I own is but for that reason, I thought I'd get an Android tablet to have access to some other apps.

Any recommendations would be great.

You might try the LG G Pad 7 or 8.3, which comes in LTE varieties. But does it have to be 3G only?

No, it doesn't have to be 3G only, it can be any SIM card connection. I've just tried my SIM on this tablet and it works beautifully. For basic web searching, a simple 3G connection is more than enough.
In any event, those LGs get a little pricey here in France.

Hmm, that's too bad. I saw a few G Pads on eBay from US sellers that ship internationally, but it looks like that tacks on $30-40 of extra fees.

Sorry, I don't know much about LTE-enabled tablets specific to France, so I'll have to defer to others here. Good luck!
