Can I download a file directly to the internal storage?

[Solved] I seem to have hosed my SD card. I backed up right before I hosed it. Yeah, I know excellent timing. The problem is that I can't get the card to mount, and I need to do a restore. I was wondering if I could dl my backed up nandroid to internal storage and flash it from there.

[solution sort of] I was able to partition the card from CWR. It's only 4GB now as that is apparently as high as CWR allows. This will get me by until I go buy a new card.
