Can I enable Internet Sharing on my GS3 with a pre-paid plan on T-mobile?

Here's my problem, currently I'm unemployed so I can afford an internet conection at home anymore. Now I have a pre-paid plan with Solavei which will cheap and handy, struggles to get a signal at my house. I'm thinking of getting a T-mobile pre-paid 60 bucks (2G 4g) plans and using internet sharing there on my PC.

What are my options? I really need a more reliable connection so I can send resumes and stuff and not lose any interview calls because of my spotty connection.

Solavei uses T-Mobile network.
Going to a TMO store and getting a prepaid card wont help you any as its the same network your currently experiencing problems with.
What are your options? What carrier has strong signal where your at? once you answer that then look to see what has the cheapest tethering..
Id suggest finding another way around this or using internet a different way if your unemployed.. Maybe a tablet..
