can i fix my phone?

i have found an lg g2 980 its cracked a bit. and i reset it so it needs to be activated. and only about three quarters of the screen is unresponsive. i know i dont need to buy another screen. help me

Rather than try to fix it, I would try to figure out which carrier it's on, and return the phone to one of their stores. Or bring it to your local police department. Don't try to use it for yourself. Thread closed.
