Can I fix my screen without replacing it?

Okay, so I have a Galaxy S4 and I accidentally dropped my phone. My phone has been dropped before but this time when I dropped it, the back came off and now whenever I press the on/off button the screen slowly turns from black to green. I have tried taking off the back and taking out the sim card and all but it still not working. I would show a video of what the heck is happening to my phone but I am not sure how to show that. Can someone please help me as soon as possible?

Welcome to Android Central! You could try opening the phone up and checking the screen connections. There should be plenty of YouTube videos showing how to open up the phone.
