So I brought quite a lot of app purchases and 2 months ago the game stopped working, have spoken to gamloft who have said they have been trying to solve my issue, only it’s been nearly 8 weeks since I reported it.
I have asked for an update on repair or a full refund for the in app purchases as I can no longer play the game and already 2 months behind, the reply I got was we are still looking in to this, what takes them 8 weeks to fix surely by now they would know what to do or if nothing can be done, anyone ever had similar issue? What did you do? Thanks
