can I get any Broadcast receiver or event when any application's Activity open on the device?

Hi,
I am new in the android development please help.
I want to receive a broadcast(intent) or like this any thing else, in my broadcast receiver's onRecive(Context ctx, Intent intent) method
when any android application activity open on the android device/
emulator.
Is it possible or not? if possible then please guide me
how............................................

So you mean a digital TV reciver? I'm sure there's FCC regulations on that and you would need a price of hardware for it? I'm sure Android can run the code for the free TV but you would need an inti a for it thoe

no I mean not a digital TV receiver. I want to receive any information(Like intent) when an activity open on the android device of other application, in my Broadcast receiver's onRecive(Context ctx, Intent intent) method. so that i can do any work at that time in the background of the application.

I'm confused sorry for my ignorance but you mean the mobile data so you want to multi task differ ant internet proto calls even in the background? Don't apps do that like Pandora streaming music while you can browse??

I try to explain what i really want to do.
I want to make an android application(GetAppsDetails) which will run in the background of the android device and I try to get the information of the currently running application on the android device and write this information on the sd card by my android application(GetAppsDetails).
so my problem is that right now I am getting the the information(like name of the current(TopActivity) activity which open on the device, methods of that activity etc of the application ) in the same application but I want to get these information of the other application(source code are not available of the other application only application is install in the device).
Is it Possible or not?

Oh you want a key logger type deal. Dude that's not done for good reasons. You want all the port information with source code instead of apk. Idk about that maybe anonomus info and crash reports but something that scans all your I formation for app(programs) running? That's a little bit of a security threat don't you think?
