Can I get froyo back?

Had a rooting debacle yesterday and long story short I loaded up 2.1 epe76 but is there anyway to get froyo back,will it be pushed to my phone again?

Maybe it will if you power down. But the final was posted somewhere around these forums, you could just down load that an be good to go.

Powered it down plenty times now, just may attempt to root it again.

if you run the checkin command on the dial pad that very well should initiate the OTA download of froyo.

Sadly it hasn't.I'm beginning to think it won't be pushed again
