Hi! So, you can't remember the PIN to unlock your phone?

If you enter the incorrect PIN a couple of times, your device may warn you that it will do a factory reset if you enter the wrong PIN once more. If you have nothing backed up (apps, contacts, messages, pictures, etc), I advise against doing a factory reset.
