Can i get my messages back. I need them.

A

AC Question

I switched from Samsung 4 from Samsung 7 and nobody told me I had to back up my what's app messages. When i started using my new phone the messages were gone...and I don't have a backup in Drive. Is there any way to get my messages back? Can I move the new simply card back in the old one and fix it? Or is there any other way?

The sim card won't hold that data. It's on your old phone so you will need to transfer the app data. The best way to do this is use Helium to back up What's App app and data and restore it to York new phone. There are many tutorials on the Web.

What's app auto backs up. Open what's app. Tap more, settings, calls and chats. Under back up see when last back up was made. Please don't back up. Then uninstall what's app and reinstall. Then you will be asked would you like to restore your message history. Restore. Hope this helps.
