Can I get some help downloading apps on my Samsung Note 4?

Problem downloading apps on Samsung Note 4

Hi I have just got a Note 4. I wanted to install the Samsung Health App. I installed it but I cannot open it or find it on my Note 4. When I look in the Apps section on my note 4 the S Health app is not there. When I installed it it comes up with the front page but the box that says OPEN is not hi lighted so when you click on it to open the app nothing happens.

Any help appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you install S Health from--Google Play, or the Galaxy App Store? Did S Health not come preinstalled on the phone?

Open the App Manager. Is S Health listed there?
