Can I get some help fixing my HTC One M7 camera?

HTC One M7 camera

I have several problems with my HTC One M7's camera. In every app, if I try to switch to the front camera, the app chrashes, and i cant fix this. The other problem is, that my back camera is constantly out of focus, the display is moving, and it the camera module makes a strange noise. How can I fix these?

Welcome to Android Central! The rear camera issue sounds like a bad module--most likely a faulty auto-focus mechanism. Not much you can do about that besides try to get it replaced. The front camera issue could be software--try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11779

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem
