Need help to manage personal and business email/calendars

I use Gmail for personal mail and appointments. My company serves our business email through outlook using an Office365 account. I have many business appointments made through outlook from work invites etc. Is there any way possible to find an app to manage both these tasks? I have tried several but nothing seems to work. I can only access my work POP3 email through my Samsung GS6 using the IMAP or POP3 mail feature on my phone or any other simple mail app. Doesn't solve my calendar problem. Should I maintain mail and calendars separately? I am willing to switch things up, use a different personal email, if I need to. Go back to a desktop calendar?! Please help. Thank you! Kristal
