Can I get some help reviving my HTC?

Help me revive my htc!

i have a htc desire c
golfu pvt ship s-off rl
hboot-1.28.0000
radio-1.19.98.02
emmc-boot
i have unlocked the bootloader using htcdev
rooted it using kingo root
now i deleted all my odex files(...)
my device is stuck om boot screen...
usb debugging os disabled
i formatted my phone,dunno about fastboot option...
i need to find a way to revive it...
either flashing a custom recovery, or just by simply install the stock rom ahain...
any help is much appreciated.Thanks
