Can I get some help sorting out a bad root job?

Urgent help needed

Okay. So I am new to rooting. I just recently rooted my HTC One M8 and I think I messed up badly. So I got the rooting to work, I got root access by using the (All-In-One) tool kit, and I got SuperSU or whatever it's called. Then after, I tried installing cm-11-20141008-SNAPSHOT-M11-m8
(CM11) and then the google apps along with it. (Yes I downloaded 4.4) So then, I noticed it wasn't reading my sim card, which I have a SIM card in my phone already... so, I tried to reset back to my backup, I clicked it, but apparently it failed have way threw but it still let me reboot it, and it asked me "your phone isn't rooted, would you like to root it?" and I clicked no...now it's stuck on the "This build is for development purposes only" screen. Been like this for more than 30 minutes now. I really should of just stayed away from rooting. NOTE. I can't even get back into safe boo either.

You should take your time an read alittle about rooting those one step aren't permanent their temporary , did you try rrflashing the stock Rom you can't get it film htc support website

I can't get by anything. It's frozen on that one screen, I can't go into fast boot. When I plug it into my PC it can't find my phone either now.

Hahaha.... I feel so stupid. I hit Power+Up then it went back to normal again. Wow. No words lol
