Can I get some help with a few questions about a few apps?

New to android, questions about a few apps

So I'm coming from WP and am obviously used to many (great) third party apps on my phone for some essential apps I use daily. I was wondering if there are also some good alternatives to the official apps available that you'd recommend.

For twitter: is there a twitter app that also displays Instagram pics on the timeline?

For youtube: is there any app where I can download and save playlists for offline use? (I used to have Metrotube on WP - one of the best youtube apps available, hands down)

Any good music streaming services (I used to love MixRadio which became my prime music app) - apart from Spotify

Any other apps you recommend I play around with or try out?

Hi there, here are the ones I use:

1) For twitter, I use Plume and it does display Instagram pictures in-line. I believe Tweetcaster and Talon also do, but I'm not sure as I've never actually used them, I just know they are two very popular choices.

2) I use Google Play Music for that since I'm on the 'Unlimited' trial, but if you search 'YouTube downloader' from the Play Store I'm sure a lot of options will come up. Just start with the highest rated ones and go from there.

3) Google Play Music is good, but it's not free (unless you're on the free trial hehe). Pandora is a popular favorite, as was Songza (not sure if Songza is alive or not since they were bought and integrated into Google Play Music). If you have a Samsung phone, Milk is also a very good radio option (not on-demand streaming, just radio but without ads and free).

4) I always suggest Themer once you've gotten the hang of Android as a whole It really makes your phone DIFFERENT every time you apply a different theme. AllCast if you have streaming-capable devices (even AppleTV) to stream your pictures and videos. Google Rewards for easy money (not A LOT, but always good to have a few cents rack up for Play Purchases). SnapSeed is an AWESOME picture editor, as well as Pixlr. If your phone is NFC-capable, you can use Google Wallet to pay at MasterCard's PayPass terminals instead of using your debit/credit card. Those are just off the top of my head. haha will add more if you have any particular idea.

Awesome, I'll definitely check them out. Well, I am getting the LG G3, so no Milk for me I guess...
Does Google Rewards also work outside the US? Cause I live in Switzerland

Sadly, nope It's currently US-only. dScout is also a good app with paid surveys, but they are sometimes very invasive and ellaborate (asking you to take a video showing your face or you shopping or your house), and that's just to apply, not for the actual survey. But IF you get chosen, you can get anywhere from 20 to 300 bucks. They are also currently US-only but they have said they plan to expand to other countries this year.
