Can I get some help with a Galaxy S6 problem?

Galaxy s6 problem

First off, my wife's galaxy s6 froze up and wouldn't do anything (black screen) so I reset by holdi g volume power and home buttons. When it rebooted it said the uicc is now unlocked. Ever since, the phone would start opening things randomly, it removed some folders off the home pages, and weird noises when trying to make a call..but not all the time...is it because the uicc is now unlocked? If so, how do I re lock it?

That's probably not the problem. Bring the phone back to the carrier (Sprint?) and ask them for help. The phone is still under warranty, so at the very worst, they'll have to replace it (so back everything up first - see Backing up an Android Device).
