Can I get some help with a Proxy server issue on my Galaxy S5?

Proxy server issues galaxy s5

Hi,

I'm having intermittent proxy server problems on my s5. It's not all the time but will randomly come up 'unable to connect to proxy server'. I've tried looking through all the settings to find the right one after looking online but can't seem to find it. I disconnect the woo then turn it back on again on my phone but sometimes that doesn't even work . Any help would be appreciated!
