Galaxy S3 sgh-t999, help!
ok so when i push the power button it will power on but will not go past the the blue circle the image that appears right after the Samsung logo then it will turn off.
i pressed the home+up+power key (recovery mode) and it just turns off as well.
but when i press the home+down+power key (download mode) then the up key it will stay on.
a thing to note the usb port will not work anymore.
but i have tried to wireless charge it and it will not do so for i have had it placed on the charing pad for many days.
yes i have tried to use the wireless charging on another phone with it and it works well (it also is a GS3)
i think that the OS or the boot image may have been damaged or something like that.
**so i need to keep all my stuff like contacts and apps (info) intact; if possible.
can anyone tell me whats wrong and what can i do to fix it?
