Can I get some help with my Samsung S5 to S6 Smartswitch apps and contact issues?

Samsung S5 to S6 Smartswitch Apps and Contact Issues

I upgraded from a Samsung S5 to a S6 and transfered everything using Smartswitch. Everything transfered over except for my apps. In my Gmail account, it says I have 116 apps installed for my S5. It transferred all my apps to my new S6 successfully using Smartswitch process. However, my phone only displays the pre-installed 34 apps when you open the app list. Any suggestions??? Also, it tried to transfer 18,513 contact. I don't know 500 people. Is there an easy way to clean up multiple contacts. I tried going through individually, but it took too much time.

Welcome to Android Central!

Your contacts should pull down from Google if you have them stored there. There would be no need to transfer them over to the new phone. The apps you will probably have to download yourself. When I used Smart Switch it didn't get all my apps either.
